Will plasma cutter cut: cast iron? aluminum? brass? SS? etc.?

I saw a demonstration one time where they took flat bars about 1 1/2" wide. One was SS, one was brass, one was steel, one was aluminum, one was copper. They laid them flat so some of the bar stuck out over the table. The plasma cutter cut a straight line across them.

explain what plasma really is - the 4th state of matter. It also shows a solid e.g. Solid : ICE - H20 Cold T 100,000*C Ions and electrons

So with this in hand and the Plasma torch has an air pressure or gas pressure behind the torch - One can see rapid melting and blowing out the melted material.

By the way - ball lighting, lighting,Sun ... is plasma.
