GWS Tiger Moth

Need some advice .. I am building a new GWS Tiger Moth and making the TM 350 mods. The instructions are a bit vague on the aileron size. One photo looks like the have cut ailerons up to about the middle of the wing cord. That seems a bit much to me, but what do i know???!!! I was thinking perhaps 25 to 30% of the cord which would make them either

3.0 mm or 3.6 mm wide. Does anyone have any good advice on the width they should be? What is considered as normal? What percentage of the cord is considered "normal"

thanks in advance

Hi bruce-c if you check out GWS site under ---Service/manuals/tiger moth there are two info sheets you can print off , these give the exact dimensions you will need from memory i think its about 40 mm but dont quote me on it!!!!!!! hope you get on okay I just crashed my TM after a wing fold--- caused by doing outside loops !!!

Cheers for now Peweepete
