Idea for adding expo to servo

While mulling over some way to add exponential to a basic no-frills setup, the following idea popped up: In the normal configuration, the servo arm at neutralstands 90 degrees to the pushrod. Now if the servo arm at neutral were*in line* with the pushrod, this would give a true expo either side ofneutral, would it not? Any observations pro/ con appreciated.
