Ahh but I am new to this and cant really offer an opinion on his problem. I have however noticed a lot of self opinionated loudmouths who really shouldn't be allowed to own a computer without adult supervision. How hard would it have been to say, We need some more information, Tell us this etc. He may be new to all this, and not appreciate the fact he didn't supply the info required. He was offered sarcasm and as I said, loudmouths getting up on their soapboxes trying to show everyone else what an expert they think they are. Instead all they do is make themselves look foolish and chase away anyone new from asking questions in case they don't ask the right way. I know if I was looking at getting into the hobby and came here first I would give it away because if these were the sort of people I would be meeting, I would rather take up macramé.
