I'm about to make a plug for an approx 1.2m long, 1/4 scale, compound curved, fuselage using 2mm MDF section formers with styrofoam between. The more formers I have, the more precisely I can control the profiles I am wanting to achieve but what centres would be typical? I can get hold of 25,
50, 75 & 100mm thick styrofoam
