No doubt. When we examined wing #2 or 3, I forget which now, we noticed the busted ribs matched perfectly where the gorilla had applied the tape. I dont know what they charge for the wings (complete with joiner and hardware) at the retail level but considering they got it wrong 3 times, the fuse replacement wrong once AND finally threw in a complete new plane plus the shipping for all of the above it cant be cheap even with the markup. Plus I know of two other people that received damaged wings, one of which published that fact in a national magazine. You would hope they are doing something about that.

And if the box is shipped by air, the cargo hold pressure is quite low, causing the bubble wrap to expand substantially, thereby crushing the contained parts.
