So is it possible to fool a controller that is expecting encoder feedback from a 5phase (500PPR) vexta motor/encoder, with a 2phase motor/encoder by simply changing the encoder resolution to match what the controller is expecting to see? I have USdigital encoders, so swapping the wheel/encoder modules is easy.
