A research group in Lund Institute of Technology, Sweden, has developed a MATLAB simulation blocks for control systems with a wired communication network. If I understand your question, you want to know how to translate a swedish web page(s) to english?
If so, set up a linux system, install mozilla or firefox as the web browser and read up on Unicode.
You may be able to search through Google, and find the (swedish) web page. My browser, mozilla, has a button by foreign (unicode) websites that allows me to translate the web page into my default (unicode) language, english...

Why specifically Linux? Mozilla and Firefox work just fine in Windows. Google's Translate Tool purports to handle Swedish.
