3 phase altenators

Thanks for the tips, I have tried the Oz makers and they ignore all attempts to contact them except I have not yet tried phone(Bit expensive from UK).The web site is very glam but no reply to my e mails or fax.

What would help is if someone has a circuit (or can suggest where I could look for a circuit)for something similar which I could make up, I assume that an alternator is an alternator even though it is old, so any modern circuit could be adapted to do the same job.

Would realy help if we knew what you are talking about. If you post from Google groups you need to quote at least a little of your problem so we can have somewhere to start.

That is so typical of 99% of businesses.

What are you trying to use it for? Have you identified the winding leads on it?

Got a bit further with the problem, the generator now runs at 225 volts per phase with 9 volts DC applied to its exciter coils.

All I need now is a circuit for the panel of something similar so that I can regulate the output voltage stbilise it and put in some protection for over and under voltage.
