ETFE or PTFE Tefzel insulation strippers

Does anyone know of a hand-held tool to strip this tough stuff from #10 awg wire? Specifically, M22759-10 or AWM 10086 We've tried all kinds of tools from Ideal/Klein etc but we keep breaking them! Thanks! Roger

Not knowing what kind of strippers you have tried makes me think that your still trying to use the old pliers type of strippers.

You will notice that the Teflon tool is almost the most expensive.

Are you still using your Klein's for crimping as well?

Years ago I was terminating "a whole lot of little tiny wires" and it became painfully obvious to me that my tool kit was in dire need of updating.

Jensen's facility is less than a mile away from my home. You can find less expensive prices for tools, try WW Grainger or Johnstone.

Yes! The old 'squeeze-cut-strip-snapback' all in one movement.

None of your links show strippers for #10 wire.

has some fancy-pants electric things but they either cut only (you pull the end off by hand - something they've never tried!) Or there's one that has 2 hot knives that melt the insulation but again the end has to be pulled off after, which is not easy with Tefzel on #10!
