TP & N IP65 Isolator Switch 32A and single phase

Can a TP & N IP65 M type Isolator Switch 32A be used to isolate a 230V single phase armoured cable? Please advise!

Yep. However, it (and the cable) need suitable circuit protection devices in addition, eg fuses, thermal/magnetic circuit breakers. The maximum load will be determined by the lowest limiting rating factor of the supply, cable and isolator.
