I'm cleaning out my garage and found my old stash of vintage Space legos. I'm liquidating the whole collection. 38 sets in all, plus some idea books and other collectibles. I've priced them out on bricklink (another site I just discovered), and the entire collection appears to be worth $2,000. Speed and convenience of liquidation are more important to me than getting top dollar, so feel free to make me an offer.
Some notes about quality:
- All sets have been played with
- All sets have instructions and original boxes
- All sets have been reasonably well preserved
- All sets are clean and in reasonably good condition
- ~5 boxes were damaged
- A handful of pieces got out of a box, but it was clear from which one
- I have no interest in proving completeness of any sets -- sold as is
For market value, I took the min, average, and max values for currently listed used sets on Bricklink.com. Total for all sets: min $1,457, avg $2,395, max $3,785.
