Why would any Locksmith sell this unit for less than $800.00?

Especially to an un qualified person that by law is not allowed to possess burlary tools. Which this tool can be construed as.

The "RETIRED" Locksmith should have and would have sold it to another Locksmith for a better price!

You want $300.00 for it. Let's see.... that either means you bought it in a bar from the thief, or the Locksmith is the most stupidest person that I've ever seen!

I have a complete Pac-A-Punch kit that has I/C Core, Master PL, Auto, Schlage hotel/motel, etc., and I know the true value of the kit.

Post the ser# & let me check it out. If the unit is not "HOT", I'll let you know & we'll talk prices.

Because a used one isn't worth 800. Not as advertised here. You can get it new for around 650 - 700 with those accessories.

This definition with regard to key punches and cutters is a little silly. By that logic a file and a key blank would be burglary tools. You can't do anything with the punch you can't do with the file. You can just do it faster. Besides I'll give you 5 to 1 a brick is used about 100 times more often as a burglary tool.

I know a couple who got a house for almost 40K less than it's fair market value because it was all they could afford and the retired couple selling the house wanted to be on their way to sunny Florida without any hassles to think about. What's the loss of a couple hundred bucks vs that?

That's worth considerably more because it has more accessories than what he advertised.

I'm sure it's too late. He's probably already sold it. If I didn't already have one with everything I need I'd have bought it provided he was reasonable on payment method.
