*Hefei is in the province of Anhui, China A series of city planning standards is coming out, to make Hefei city a "lovely neighborhood". Details from Municipal planning bureau: in the new residential area,
100% households should be equipped with parking spaces, green coverage must reach more than 40% ... At present, with private automobiles increase, parking difficulties is a highlight problem in some districts and residential area. To solve this, Hefei Municipal Planning Bureau has clear regulated: new, renovated, expanded construction and residential neighborhood should be equipped with parking spaces by required proportion. The required proportion: In new residential area, one household is with one parking space. In office area, one parking space is for 100 square meters. In hotel area, guest rooms are equipped with the same number of parking spaces. In shopping center, 8 or above parking space is for 1000 square meters. To conserve space, residential area is encouraged to consider underground parking; ground parking rate should be less than 10%.
