An easy-to-read book on organic additives

For those who haven't heard about it, there is a book that explains both theory and practice for optimizing the organic additives used in powder metallurgy, spray dried or injection molded ceramics, and many other composites. The author is D. J. Shanefield (that's me). These additives include binders, dispersants, plasticizers, solvents, defoamers, lubes, etc. The basics of organic chem. & polymers are also covered, in easy-to-understand fashion.
