An easy-to-read book on organic additives

For those who haven't heard about it, there is a book that explains both theory and practice for optimizing the organic additives used
in powder metallurgy, spray dried or injection molded ceramics, and many other composites. The author is D. J. Shanefield (that's me). These additives include binders, dispersants, plasticizers, solvents, defoamers, lubes, etc. The basics of organic chem. & polymers are also covered, in easy-to-understand fashion. At, a customer review of the book is visible at ( product link shortened) . By the way, an excellent book that covers the additives specifically used for tape casting is "Tape Casting," by R. Mistler and E. Twiname, see: . Dan Shanefield
