Hi Do a modal analysis and expand the mode shapes which are normal to mass matrix. Then using the following formulations you can obtain M & K matrices: [M]=([fi]^-T)*([fi]^-1) [K]=([fi]^-T)*[omega_r^2]*([fi]^-1) [fi]is mode shapes matrix and omega_r is a diagonal matrix containing natural frequencies.
