high current coax feedthrus (feedthrough)

Dear all,

I have small and old vacuum induction melting chamber with coil assembly attached to rotary-high current -water cooled feedthrough

I would replace the feedthrough part in an economical way (current rate is very low and leak problems)

All the VIM manufacturer that i contacted since 3 months are not interested in to replace or repair or cost is very high (for me).

I checked a lot of vacuum specialists manufacturer but i could not found it.

Can someone suggest me a solution ?

What is the nature of insulator material beetween the copper tubes and how is coated hermetically who is making such kind of custom items

Thanks

Mike
