There are very few welding tips listed on eBay for Airco O/A welders. Will another manufacturer's tips such as Harris or Victor fit this torch? I can't find any model number or anything other than a serial number on my torch body to further identify the handle.

Harris and Victor tips will *not* work.
You may have to buy the tips new from Concoa. I think they took over the Airco welding tips. (Ernie?)
The good news is that those will last a real long time. Like most Airco tips, they have the tri-seats which are external and can get dinged up. I keep my Airco tips in the blue mesh stretchy tubing stuff if I don't have the stock container for them. Once those seats get dinged it's bad news.
