Hello, all,
I have a job coming up where I need to drill really deep holes in Plexiglas. The thing is 20 mm deep, and they want holes of 0.6mm, 0.8mm and up. I expect a peck drilling cycle will be needed, with coolant and brushing the chips away.
Does anybody have any suggestions on how to do this? I've done a fair bit of machining of Plexiglas, but never anything like 33 X diameter deep.
