I'm having a strange problem with INA one-way clutches. I can't find the specification for the fit into a bore. The OD is .625", if the interference is too tight, it binds and the clutch is ruined. If it's too loose it will spin in the bore. Anybody have any idea what the spec should be? My supplier doesn't know and nothing on websites.

Call INA Technical support. I've had great experiences with those guys. The 800 number should get you there.
I made the bore H7 and glued it in with locktite. Pressing in is really messy. Either it holds in the bore but clamps the clutch, or it rotates in the bore, but the clutch would work. But you know that already. :-)

Loctite 609 may help with the slipping.

I put one in using Loctite 609 and it works perfectly. I don't remember the fit dimensions, but it was a hand pressed slip fit.
