Nice. You didn't bother to ask if he's an inside dog, which he is. I lived with the same neighbors on either side of the house for 14 years and two dogs and they've never complained.

Every single dog owner I've talked with about their barking dogs has said "My dog doesn't bark." (or bark much) And most neighbors are willing to put up with a dog for awhile.
