got to go with the head engineer of the company to a local defense supplier, yesterday , they make fifty calibre machine gun barrells for the m-2 , all i can say is wow , the three spindle deep hole boring machines were pretty impressive , they use a special machine to insert a stellite liner in the first 9 inches or so of the barrell before rifling the barrell, well the machine was not inserting the liner fast enough and it would get hot and swell , them kkaboom, pretty scary to see it happen, well i employed my great trouble shooting ability and proclaimed , "show me the last thing the maintenance guys did to the machine?
well lo and behold the valve that controls the ram cylinder and been installed with the improper o- rings on the sub plate , easy fix , then we got to see the vault full of finished guns and test weapons , really nice stuff
