Heilcoil help

I have been building a Chevy 327 off and on for a while. I have put alot of time and money into it and have just been devastated by havingsome threads pull out. I was torquing the new main bolts in tostretch them when one of the number four just started to spin. All ofthe threads are gone! QUESTION; Will a heilcoil work in thisapplication?If I didn't have so much time and money already poured into this blockI would just start over. BTW. I didn't even get to 60ft/lbs when thethreads spun out. Also I am not building a racer I am installing thisin a boat for fun. Neal
