Material Score!!

The local (Sheffield, Ohio) Sears Hardware store had all of their metal marked down 75%! Although the steel and aluminum had been picked over severely, the brass stock was plentiful. I grabbed up two fistfulls of various size round, square and rectangular tubing as well as solid round stock (prolly close to 200 ft. altogether) for a total of $9.67 incl. tax!! I may never use a quarter of it, but you can't pass up a deal like that!

Well if you do use a quarter of it then you paid full price!

Excellent buy! It has always been my policy to acquire any type of raw stock if the deal is right, even when I can't see an immediate use. If your purchase saves you as much as one trip to the store, the balance of the material will then be free.

If it ever gets in the way, let me know and I'll send you my address. All donations accepted with a smile! :-)
