Before I waste any time on this, did anyone go see the Monarch EE lathe in Kent? What was wrong with it?

Kent, WA. If it is any good, I guess it is sold by now. They were asking about $3000. Usually there are four or five guys on here that go see just about every lathe in this state. :-) I thought they might chime in.
