Plate Steel hole punch

I am looking for a manual/portable hole punch capable of 1/2" holes in 1/4" plate or angle iron. I saw one mounted on a sign makers truck that used a long lever and worked great. I have searched Google and other sites to no avail. Any ideas?

What you want is something like a roper whitney Number 20-

are still available new, although not cheap. Often available used for $100 - $200, sometimes even less if they dont know what they have. New punches and dies are available in all kinds of sizes and shapes, even square and oval.
