This looks like it might be a pretty good deal on a VFD. It looks to be a 1HP, single or three phase 240V, but make your own judgement on that. Note that they have more than one for sale:

I do know that Danfoss drives are very well made. I have a 5008 powering my shop and it works very nicely.- I haven't read the specifics on this product
