I am looking for a US company that has reel-to-reel etching capability for very high volume production. The part is actually a clad material comprised of stainless steel and copper. The stainless steel thickness is .0005" and the copper thickness is .004. The part is approximately 1 inch x ½ inch. In addition there are some tight tolerances on some features. The clad material could be supplied in any width to fit the machinery.
