Welding around a circumferance

If you can get it to run in a horizontal position, that's a perfect description. And even add a foot wheel so you can adjust just how fast you want it to turn.

Often a nice heavy duty rotation foot is on them. Four screws. Might be worth the effort to dump it and have the spoils. Some of it is leather cover - some is fake but exposed area are leather...
