Anyone got any good ideas on removing dust from a large cnc router when i am usingit to cut foam / polystyrene.
There must be summink better than trying to remove it with a hoover type thingy which is quite innefective

Two Hoover type thingies? You would be shifting twice the volume of air.
Also, though I am sure that you are, make sure that the filter is kept clean in thingy number one.

If your routing profiles, make sure you have a brush strip around the router bit. Kind of like the round brush attachment you get with a hoover, that will cut down the air loss. Best bet is to get a bigger extractor, as mentioned they aren't much more expensive than a "GOOD" hoover, and less than two...
