Check that it's MT2 rather than MT2A :-|

other than that looks ok for the price

One (other) thing to check is the play in the quill, not the spindle bearing itself but any shake in the quill when it is fully extended.

That said, you get a lot of drill for £30 which is fine for most DIY type tasks.
