£12.33 plus an unknown amount for delivery, plus VAT. Wossat, 20 quid? Doesn't sound like a particularly good deal for one cut.

Do you mea convert angles/radii to a series of X-Y moves to remove the material bit by bit? I considered it, and drew it up in AutoCAD (the easy way to do trig), but eventually went with the pin, clamp and gloves method, which worked fine. Had to do it in two passes because the cutter didn't have a 20mm flute length.
Then knock most of it off at 45 deg and file the rest!!
If i realised you only wanted one then i'd have suggested it then.
Got a Linisher? then use that
