Strange problem: while I'm using bending angle 45 degrees then I can't create flat pattern. Is this a bug or maybe there is a trick??? I'm using WF2 nad

I've never see *any* angle give it any hesitation. If the 45 is a simple bend, you could check it out with an unbend feature. If you can't even unbend it, it may not be a developable surface. It can't unbend a curved wall swept in an arc, for example, or a revolved wall at any angle to another, nor can it unbend formed (punch/die) walls. Other things you could try to see if they make a difference is to change the bend angle to 90 or
60 degrees. If it still doesn't unbend, it's not the angle. If it's an extruded wall, you could try picking different dimensioning references.I know this isn't very scientific, more like grasping at straws. But, since a good bit of science is a process of elimination, you might be able to get to science this way.
