rotated sections

I am trying to make a simple rotated section from an offset line. and in my projected view, which i made several of, i have tried folded section which isnt good because it projects circular objects instead of rotating them, and then projecting them. i also tried Full(aligned and selected an axis. if anyone feels they can help me out. i have a JPG image i can send you for clarification. it is really hard to try to explain on here. Hopefully David Janes is still around. thank you

You might actually be trying to make an offset section, one of the nicest, but most obscure (from Pro/e procedures) to make. Where you start is, say, a top view, then you sketch the offset section on the top view (to cut away a corner) and it projects the view with the corner cut away. Sound like what you need? Or maybe just send the JPG! However, my most reliable and best tested advice is this: try it in the model, first; it's easier to do and more obvious there what you got, what you can do, what it means. If you succeed in creating a section in the model, it's available, automatically, in the drawing ~ the drawing's a freebie, once you got the model.
