Is it just me, or are these really close ripoff copies of Jim Ball's Yellowjacket pads?
Must be you: While there may be some similarities to Jim's pad design, Jim was not the first to build similar pads. All of the design mechanisms used in Jim's pads have been used by others, in similar combinations, prior to Jim marketing his "no longer available" pads. At best, Jim owns the yellow jacket name and only if he registered it as his trademark.

Aren't they all? Can you even get original Yellowjackets anymore?
