Although it didn't make it into the IPMS/USA event list, Patriot Chapter's annual contest, Patcon 2003, will take place this coming Sunday, September 14, at our usual site, the VFW Post Walker Rogers on Plain Street in Lowell, MA, USA. Registration opens at 10 a.m. and closes at 1 p.m. Contest registration fee (includes admission): $5.00 for first 3 models, $1.00 each additional.
