It's really easy. Simply use your thumb and forefinger and work out toward the tips, slightly bending the plastic. Don't try to bend too much at a time, but keep repeating the process until you achieve the desired droop.

You could try warm air from a hairdryer or similar until plastic warms enough to bend them with your fingers enough as in the method above. If you are going to use one of those paint stripper hot airguns suggest you do it for a very brief couple of seconds to warm the plastic or hold the airgun further away from the blades otherwise they will droop very effectively....into a pool of melted plastic all over your workbench...!!!

CHECK YOUR REFERENCES! Not all helos have the same degree of droop - older metal skinned blades seem to droop more than the more modern composite ones.
