Ok, I give up. I'm on 2004 SP1.0 and can't, for the life of me, find a Line Font anything in the Command Manager. What am I missing? (Something obvious, I presume - a rather humbling experience.)
I managed to repet this behavior today as well.........don't really know how I did it yesterday ...tried it several times on my laptop but it didn't take me to the desktop.
Boy, oh boy, that one hits hard. I added the Line Formats button as stated, and can crash it every time. It appears that it's not just related to a driving dimension, it dies on a regular dim, note, balloon, etc. I also tried selecting multiple items at a time - no difference. If you click on the box to bring the items up on the CM line, you can select any that you wish and all is well. However, if you click on the down arrow, it crashes immediately - do not pass Go, do not collect $200. Also kind of weird is that the error box (you know -"SW has terminated...") can't be closed unless I click on some other window first , and then go back and click the OK.
Now then, all that being said, if you select a line or circle, or something, it appears to work as it should. If you select a line and a note, it crashes. So, the issue appears to be that it can't handle an incorrect object being part of the selection set.
I get a banner message reporting the unhandled error, then the program (without a "mercy" killing via the Windows Task Manager) takes a painfully long time to die.
I don't understand why the system resources can't be relinquished more easily...
