State of the CVR in N Scale.

That Mork boy will try anything for attention. He reminds me of a 5 year old in a department store, trying to get his mother's attention.

He keeps referring to my layout and the fact my parents both bought me a Bachman set.

I don't know, but I detect a note of jealousy there. I can't say weither it is the fact my parents are both still alive at 72 and 74 years old, or the fact they both love me enough to go out and get something they think I would like.

I think I have mentioned on several occasions that my layout is about a year or so ahead of what I had planned on. I am spending all my resources on getting my company up and running. Muskoka Computes will be one year old as of May 30, 2004. My business plan is a two year investment. I am upgrading the equipmentto be able to handle more conversion. As of this month, I am able to handle "reel-to-reel" audio tapes to CD. Also "Super 8" and "Regular

8" movies to DVD. I now have three computers, one for the accounting, one for Audio/Video capture and editing and this one for the internet. My plan was for ALL the profits of the first two years to be used to payback the initial loan for the company and to upgrade the equipment. Well, I am 1/2 way there, only about $6,000.00 left on the initial loan and 12 months to cover it. A digital Camera is not a necessity and as such is not on the "Purchase List" until next year.

My original plan was to start the layout itself next spring. However, when you are given two train sets, trade service for enough track, turnouts, and crossovers to complete your plan. Also given enough wood for a bench. You start a layout. The LHS has also traded me supplies for Muskoka Computes DVDs he is selling in his shop.

Just for the record, Mork, all the sub-roadbed is complete and I am up to

17' of cork glued down. Not bad, only 13 months ahead of the plan.

What a quaint notion. The term you should be using is envy, not jealousy. There is nothing about you that I envy. Your prototype, era and scale are of no interest to me, nor does your near-enough approach to prototype fidelity appeal to me. I don't care for your trackplan, and I am unimpressed by your construction methods. In short, you have nothing I want.
