Hey Ernie

Unbelievable! I have been (mostly) lurking here and in RCM - The tips you have given have helped me improve my (hobby) welding 1000%. Have you considered writing *the* definitive welding book? I for one, along with most of the members of both NG would surly make it worth your while. Anyway... Thanks so much for all the helpful posts and the inspiration from your site.

Not definitive. I don't have enough experience at heavy structural and pipe work. With some partners I could make a decent stab at it.

Yikes,

Didn't realise it was you who shortened the finger(s) - Best wishes and luck with that!!

If you ever do decide to make the video, shoot me an email - I have done a few small/medium projects and can give you some pointers on the pitfalls of video shooting/capturing/editing/authoring

All the best, Ernie
