Welding Between Grade S460 & S355 mild steel

Dear Sir,

Anyone can advice on the following queries will be highly appreciated.

1. Can Grade S460 carbon steel plate weld to Grade S355 M/S box section?
2. What electrode should I use to weld this S460 steel plate to S355 RHS?
