I'm looking to make some fiberglass fulelages, but I'm concerned about using toxic substances to do so. While searching the web I came across a water based resin system

called Aqua resin. Anybody had any experience with this? Or alternatively, do you know of any other non-toxic (or relatively so) methods of replacing regular epoxy?I would like to be able to work in my basement over the winter and while I have a dust filter system and windows for ventilation, I would prefer to use a low/no smell, safe product. I have seen people talking about using water based polyurethane for applying fiberglass over balsa, but I assume this would not work for an epoxy replacement when molding parts.
