What is the smallest gasoline engine that you can put in an rc plane? Is there one out there with the equivalent power of a .50 2 stroke?

You can convert many glow engines to gas, but I have heard that the con rod bushes don't last as long. Then you also have to haul around the spark equipment.
In this size, diesel might be a better choice.
