Do you mean the quality is poor? or????

I know Acrobat is a good app but it does cost a fair few dollars - if he only has one simple job to do then it is well worthwhile looking at aother ideas

May I suggest a LOW tech solution? I have 10 years of Model Aviation in a few 2" 3 ring binders. How? I just slice out the interesting stuff, the cover and the TOC for reference, punch it and stash it in the binder. Each issue usually ends up being about 15 pages. Yes, the magazine is ruined, but there will never be a shortage of old MA magazines. My R/C Flyer magazines go to the dentist and doctors waiting rooms, Intact. (Subscription not renewed..RCM and MAN went down the road a couple years ago.) Flying Models is thin enough that I keep them, intact, but punched and bindered. And yes, I have a scanner (3 or 4 actually). Daze
