is it possible to get a drawing back if I overwrite it?

It depends.
If you did a SAVEAS in AutoCAD AND you had the option to create BAK files turned on, then you could rename the BAK file.
Otherwise it is gone.
redone it.. I hate when that happens.
Check your temp file to see what autosaves you've got.
