The forge was still hot so I tossed in a railroad spike. Had no idea what it would be :) After getting it hot I cut about 2/3rds thru it, folded, welded, flattened, repeated. We got these big stink beetles around here, and thats what it reminded me of, so thats what it became (more or less). You can never have too many metal critters crawling around the shop :) Ok back to work...
