That's short for 'No Clue', he's the 'prefered candidate' If it were CNC, he would have to have Certifcation. rb

NC might mean just an I'O port and missing up-loading software. CNC computer does the upload and it works with you in design.
NC requires a program that outputs so called G-code from the design.
Manuals on that machine would be needed. G isn't G if you know G.
