Anyone know of a store in North Jersey or Manhattan when I can buy ICs and motion detector devices?

NTE is in Bloomfield, New Jersey. There is a store right next to it that sells all kinds of electronics stuff, not just the NTE line. I don't know if they sell motion detectors. Finding 44 Farrand street is a bit tricky.
