Non-Lego identification

Bought a bunch of Lego today and as I expected, there was some non-Lego mixed in. I found the usual Mega Blox and Tyco. I also found some with either an anchor with two dots or a smiley face with a long nose that went to the smile where the brand name usually is on each stud. Any idea what brand these are?

Try this link,

funny, they look like homemade bricks. The top of the connections look like smilies to me. From here they look waxy.

Sorry, can't help you to find where they come from. Good luck! Wouter

Hmm.. Maybe they did copy the head a bit from a electric conection plate?

I know I've got some of those too...just can't remember what they are. First thing that came to mind is Tente bricks, but I'm not so sure now. I'll look at mine when I get home and see if I can figure it out.

It's been a while since I had any Tente but ISTR the tops of the connecting studs had a hole in the centre, and a circle of raised dots around it.
