A cheaper option also Lagard 66e; no screen or timelock but audit trail. Also available with combo + electronic keys as additional security option.
If timelock is a requirement, Lagard Italy also came out with a TL11 which is on the same hardware platform as the 66e and looks like a combogard except for a keyhole in the keypad. This supports timelock and works well, but dont let the battery run out as there is no non-volatile real time clock... can be a pain in the a** to support. .
